Massage therapy is the Hawaiian way to transform pain while inducing relaxation, flow, and joy. Pressure can range from light to deep. Focus on problem areas or enjoy a full body massage. Enjoy my signature Lomi Lomi massage, which blends elements of Hawaiian, Western, and European massage techniques.

Cupping

Cupping increases blood flow and works to release the connective tissue around tight and painful areas in the body. Cupping along meridians can promote healing similarly to acupuncture. Typically, I use silicone cups, which are designed for massage therapists. They are most beneficial in an active or “moving” manner. However, the cups can also be static, or left on the body for several minutes on an affected area to remove pain and stagnation.

Acupuncture

Make Acupuncture part of your relaxation and self-help routine. Acupuncture is effective in treating a variety of specific ailments including acute and chronic pain. Acupuncture induces a sense of deep calm, as well as improving overall vitality, sleep, and relief from stress.

Therapeutic Massage

The gentle scraping motions used in Gua Sha help stimulate blood flow to the treated areas, promoting oxygen and nutrient delivery. Gua Sha can also support lymphatic drainage, which is essential for removing toxins and reducing swelling in the body.

Hot Stone

Pohaku stones are smooth, black, heated lava rocks used to promote blood flow, apply heat to stiff muscles, and to improve circulation. Adding hot stones to your massage great way to relieve muscle tension, joint pain, and stress while enhancing immunity and euphoric relaxation.
